During our starting phase, Digital Audience Research, we have researched, discovered and recommended on the campaign’s target audience, acquisition funnel and its best practice market examples. Since christmas E-commerce is already overcrowded, binded to a short-term seasonal market, and the product’s competition strongly varies internationally, our recommendation focused on a national advertising approach, while overseen by an international digital marketing strategy.

  • A) International markets based on an analysis of the previous resulting conversion data, such as Germany, United Kingdom, and USA.
  • B) International markets based on product interests and market share analysis, such as Poland, Netherlands, and Belgium.
  • Combining the audience and seasonal market opportunities, we recommended a short-term growth strategy, including both a top funnel strategy (A) and middle funnel strategy (B).

Google Ads

Managing Google ad campaigns in 6 countries simultanously can be challenging. Nevertheless, we enabled via our account manager a structured way to not only analyze incoming worldwide results, but as well to use that international data-knowledge in managing and optimizing the individual campaign, ad and keyword performance.

Facebook Ads

Since Facebook's strength goes further than product impressions, we could increase the long-term result of the top acquisition funnel strategy. The customer interaction within the top funnel, working alongside the ad’s conversion path, created a empowered product commitment within the later bottom funnel phase.

Google Search

The devil is in the details, especially during Christmas time. This seasonal market is highly competitive by its diverse types of services and products. This increased our attention to Google Search. Monitoring the performances of paid campaigns opened real-time data, that enabled to qualitatively optimize the e.g. Ad/Keyword relevance, CTR and to drive sales.

Sales Platforms

Advertising data can improve more than Ads only. To increase multiple online sales platforms, we enabled a constant workflow between real-time data and web-development. In this way we increased not only the conversion rate, but also growth in the overall customer journey.

05 De resultaten

We've been able to gain short-term growth in sales and conversion, while sticking on to a long-term strategic funnel approach. This resulted in a 25% increased activity within the current customer group and a growth up to 280% within the interested and potential active customers group.
